Cancellation and Amendment

Requests for amendment are processed subject to the request before cut-off time (the time before which the order is processed/prepared)
We regret that you may not cancel or amend an order once your order is shipped/dispatched.
If cancellation is made 3 days before delivery date, a refund can be granted in a form of credit voucher. Otherwise, no refunds can be made.
Substitution Policy
Gourmet Gifts and Specialty items (including but not limited to, Fruit and gift baskets, cookies, cakes, chocolates, Teddy bears balloons and vases). We reserve the right to substitute these items with another specialty item of equal and greater value and of similar theme and category.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.
Delivery Region Selection and Pricing
In the event an order is set to an incorrect delivery region or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or delivery pricing received from our suppliers or confusion between two different regions having the same name, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel or set on hold any order with delivery related issues, until the remaining balance is settled.
Violation of the Terms and Conditions
By using our website, you understand and agree that we, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, may terminate your access to the site and to any services offered on the site, and may remove any content you have provided (“User Content”) if we believe that the User Content violates or is inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions or their intent, that your conduct is disruptive, or you have violated the law or the rights of GiftsToLebanon.com or another user.
