Role Overview 🚀
As an E-commerce & Studio Assistant, you will play a key role in the daily operations of both brands which includes supporting everything from order preparation to product management, content execution, and creative input.
Key Responsibilities 🧩
Order Preparation & Packing 📦
- Prepare and pack customer orders with high attention to detail
- Ensure all gifts are presented neatly and beautifully
- Double-check orders before dispatch
Print-on-Demand Support 🖨️
- Assist with print-on-demand production (labels, mugs, candles, etc.)
- Ensure designs are correctly applied and aligned
- Handle basic production workflows and quality checks
Product Catalogue & Inventory Management 📊
- Manage and update product catalogues
- Track inventory across stock and consignment partners
- Monitor product availability and flag low stock
- Maintain accurate and organized inventory systems
Product Handling & Workspace Organization 🧼
- Organize, restock, and maintain product storage
- Label and prepare products when needed
- Keep the workspace clean, structured, and efficient
Content & Shoot Support 🎥
- Assist in setting up products for photos and videos
- Support during content shoots (Instagram, TikTok, website)
- Help with product styling and visual arrangement
- Ensure products are always ready and presentable for shooting
Trend Awareness & Creative Contribution 🔥
- Stay up to date with trends in gifting, accessories, and social media
- Suggest new gift box ideas, bundles, and product concepts
- Help keep the catalogue fresh, relevant, and exciting
